With these Accutec rasps, Cuisipro took its photo-etched blades and created the three essential rasps for a cook’s arsenal of tools. The rasps are literally razor-sharp for effortless grating and at the same time they are safer and more efficient then any other rasps available. The new rasps feature a streamlined, 6.5-inch/16.5 cm blade and a protective cover that snaps on the blade keeping it covered for safe storage. This protective cover does double duty as it catches grated food. Standard measurements are indicated on the cover making it a measuring tool as well.
